The Blue Bengal Athletic Association is the official athletic booster club for Jackson State University herein known as J.S.U.
Purpose
The primary purpose of the Association is to provide financial support to athletics at J.S.U. and to build support for its athletic program. We fully support the University's effort to provide a balanced program. The Association also promotes any effort to further the academic achievements of athletes at J.S.U.
None of the activities of the Association will be for the purpose of personal profit of individual members.
University Support
| Since the inception of the Association in 1982, it has provided over $300,000 in support of athletics at J.S.U. These funds have been used to supplement travel by the athletic teams, purchase equipment such as computers, expand coaches recruiting travel budgets for lodging, meals and transportation, and many others. |

Ongoing Activities
The Association sponsors or participates in numerous activities to generate funds to support the J.S.U. Athletic Program.
Why Join the Association
When you join the association, you become a supporter of J.S.U. Athletics instead of just a fan. Your support is vitally needed. The purchase of game tickets alone will not maintain the kind of athletic program that we desire at Jackson State.
Membership
Membership is open to any person with a legitimate interest in and a desire to be an organized supporter of J.S.U. Athletics. A member does not have to be an alumnus of J.S.U. The primary requirement for membership is the payment of dues.
